Barbara has a unique style of partnering with clay and its physical qualities to convey unique imagery and symbolism in her sculptures as well as pottery.  In both, her subjects seemingly spring to life to express mood and movement.

Barbara's creations are made using high fire cone 6 stoneware clay and low fire 04 red earthenware, however stoneware is her preference due to its durability.

Pottery is safe for storing, preparing and serving food and drink. Pieces used in baking should be started in a cold oven and are oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.
